Mark is very professional, hardworking and thorough. He is very honest about what he can do and I have had my Driveway jet washed, Conservatory roof cleaned, Dormers cleaned and Mark has done an excellent job. All of these jobs were time consuming because of the years of grime, but they all Mark also does my house windows and he is the only window cleaner that has been able to clean my third storey windows because he has extendable window poles, this is expensive equipment and not his quotes are good value for money. looked like new when he had finished. all window cleaners invest in them. Overall I am very happy with Pristine Property Services.

After a bad start with another company who had scratched my windows I was hesitant in trying another company. Well I thought the price is excellent and I need a window cleaner. Well after 2 years I haven’t looked back. Mark does an amazing job and is very polite and easy to talk too. He puts me at easy with a non-harassment approach, in the way he respects me when I need them done and not on his choosing which is brilliant. I love the text system so I know when he is coming. I feel safe around Mark when I am at home alone with my toddler. The cleaning is excellent and no scratches. I haven’t looked back and would highly recommend him as you first go to window cleaner ?. Here are too many more years.

I was due to leave a rented property and only in the last week before leaving I was provided with Terms and Conditions from my Landlord! One of the conditions being window’s cleaned professionally. Having very little time left I thought I would be charged for this and have the amount (and more) deducted from my deposit. I called Pristine Property Services on the off chance having seen them clean several of my neighbors properties and surprisingly they fit me in during that week. Not only did they clean my windows inside and out, they cleaned my front and back patios also. Absolutely fantastic job, I could not recommend more. It was even noticed by the landlord and with a few small jobs still needing to be completed when I left the property, I received my full deposit back because of it!! Thank you so much, will continue to use now on a regular bases at my new property.
